Terms and Conditions Payment At least 30% of total course fees to be paid after booking confirmation. The balance to be paid 30 days before the course commences. Attendance There is no refund for school hours missed by students. Course format The school reserves the right to alter its programs. Cancellation policy and change policy If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival date we will send back your deposit less an administration charge of Euro 250.00. If you cancel between 60 and 45 days you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date 100% of the amount is forfeited. If you do not cancel but only want to change your date and notify me of this change 60 days prior to arrival date I can change this for you without any charge assuming we have availability. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover you in event of illnesses etc. Tutors Paola Baccetti is the tutor for the Tuscan Cooking Course at Casa Ombuto. Franco Palandra at Torre del Tartufo. Laura Giusti for the Mediterranean Cooking Course at Casa Ombuto. In event of illness or other reasons another chef will replace one chef or students will be moved to the other villa. |
