The Tuscan cooking class design presents a complete package of the Tuscan experience. A Tuscan cooking class teaches classic Tuscan dishes and the art of presentation in a hands-on environment. Through the Tuscan Cooking Class, you will certainly cook and eat, but you will also become intimate with the unique culture of Tuscan.

The Tuscan locals who will be your guides and instructors have warmly agreed to open their kitchens to provide you with the best possible Tuscan cooking class.

All the lessons in our Tuscan cooking class course are presented by two of the most respected chefs in the region who deliver a comprehensive hands-on course that will teach you to make wonderful Italian dinners using the finest local ingredients. In addition, our Tuscan cooking class will teach you about the ingredients and the traditions around the dishes, as well as food presentation and wine choice. Accommodation is in two spectacular villas which both have recently been renovated with all the Tuscan charm combined with modern comforts. Paola Baccetti gives the Tuscan cooking class in Casa Ombuto and Franco Palandra in Torre del Tartufo.

Our Tuscan cooking class in Italy run from Saturday to Saturday in Casa Ombuto and Sunday to Sunday in Torre del Tartufo and include 4 elaborate hands-on cooking sessions with enough time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A one-day excursion will be organized to visit a vineyard for wine tasting, as well as to a local producer of olive oil and time for shopping. It is also possible to bring along a non-participating partner who can spend the days sightseeing, playing golf or enjoying the heated swimming pool and then rejoin the party for the evening meals. Each course has its own charm, let Paola teach you her passion of the Traditional Tuscan cuisine at Casa Ombuto or let Franco Palandra show you what wonderful things you can make with truffles from Torre del Tartufo as the estate of this villa includes 2 hectares of Truffle land.

We now also offer a Mediterranean Cookery Course designed to teach you how to dishes from not only Italy, but also France, Spain and Marocco. These lessons are given by our International chef – Sylvie Pragout.
